One question changed how I plan my weeks.
I wish I started years ago.
Every Friday, I ask myself (and now my AI) one question:
What leverage am I missing?
Not: what should I do next?
But: what can I stop, systemize, or multiply?
Here are 4 levers I use:
1. Systems
Is this recurring?
Then it doesn't need me.
It needs a process.
2. People
Who on my team is capable of more... but stuck doing less?
Leverage is people who grow because of you.
3. Written artifacts
If I document this once, do I ever need to explain it again?
Docs, posts, templates scale thinking.
4. No
Does this need to be done at all?
Every no creates space for something better.
Pick one this week.
Run it through the levers.
The question doesn't get easier.
It gets more useful.
