Why? Arguably nothing is more important to us as humans than sleep - for our survival, well-being, and effectiveness. Yet, sleep is a topic we know relatively little about, despite its disproportionate importance to our lives. This book presents the latest in research on this topic, its implications on aspects of our personal and professional lives (including ability to learn, decision making etc.), and how we can harness this understanding to improve.
