My daily routine non-negotiables that help me perform at my best:

1. Mobility Training (15-20 mins - morning): Maintains joint and muscle health, especially important due to sitting and daily stress.

2. Cardio/Weight Training (25-40 mins - evening): Physical wellness complements mental wellness. This combination keeps me energized, fit, and helps relieve stress.

3. Reading (1 hour - evening): Leaders are readers. I mainly read non-fiction across various sub-categories in support of development and growth.

4. Protein-Rich Diet (N/A): Keeps me satiated and promotes muscle retention and growth.

5. Prayer (20 mins - throughout the day): Connects me with spirituality, fostering gratitude, purpose, and mental stress relief.

6. Review Financial and Market News (20 mins - morning): Informs me about global trends, the (tech) industry, and provides important corporate context.

7. LinkedIn (30 mins - morning, checking throughout the day): Connect, network, and share valuable insights to learn, grow, and support others.

8. Sleep (7-8 hours - night): The most underrated yet crucial habit. Essential for optimal performance, creativity, and decision-making.

9. Self-Reflection (10 mins - afternoon): Supports assessing progress, accomplishments, and challenges to learn and improve as a leader.

Steal this routine to elevate your performance.

PS: Does it work out exactly like this every day? No, but for me, the key is to start the next day with clear intent and action to get back on track.
